How often do we start the New Year worn out & reaching for resolutions to kick-start a refresh? This Yoga & Coaching workshop gives you a different, balanced approach. It will help you Reset, Refocus, Recharge.

Our highly experienced Yoga instructor will first lead us through a Reset yoga flow, after which you'll be feeling re-energised.

Coach Lisa will then take us through a Refocus session (to focus on our dreams for the coming year) and a Recharge session (to start forming realistic plans). Imagining the future, and planning for it, will get our brains on-side and help create change.

We'll end with a Meditation from our yogi, to reflect and wrap up.

And also tea & nibbles and a chance to mingle & connect with your hosts and the other guests.
