That 'mid-life crisis' feeling can come at any age, or many of them - we all go through multiple 'stages' & crossroads. (More about crossroads - growth & stagnation cycles, comfort & stretch zones).

Women also get a 'special' crossroads, driven by hormones, typically from about 40 onwards. Menopause is finally being talked about more openly (about time, given it affects half the population!). But much of the talk is about physical symptoms, or medication, or misses that we all experience mid-life differently. I'm all for HRT (it's my saviour), but there are other ways to help yourself as well. And focusing only on the mid-life body risks neglecting the role of our minds.

This workshop is for women who feel they are at a crossroads (during adult life, mid-life, peri-menopause, or menopause) and who are struggling to come to terms with what it all means, who they are now, what options they have, and how to make life just not feel 'mid-life miserable'.
